PTI quoted L&T Finance Holdings said that its recent acquisition Indo Pacific Housing Finance has been renamed as L&T Housing Finance.

The company said that the new nomenclature is effective December 4th.

Mr Dinanath Dubhashi finance director L&T Housing said that"Our strategy will be to leverage the strong relationships that exist between L&T and large established developers,"adding the widespread branch network of L&T Finance would form the backbone of its expansion plan.

The company also announced appointment of Mr Vasudevan Ramaswami as Chief Executive of L&T Housing Finance.
